Apparently stock photo sites don’t sell images of birthday broccoli with a candle. Or more appropriately, a birthday pea with a candle. Oh well. Please don’t freak out about the cupcake image.
Anyway, in our house there’s reason to celebrate this week! Perfect Pea is one year old. It has been a whirlwind of a year, with exciting features in places like Colorado Parent Magazine, Money Saving Mom, and 100 Days of Real Food. Perfect Pea’s subscriber base has increased more than 10x since the month we launched, and I’ve learned so many lessons along the way.
Most importantly and above all, I wanted to than YOU. Thank you to Perfect Pea members for continuing to subscribe to and use these weekly meal plans and activities designed with lots of love. I value your feedback more than you know and I truly hope you love and enjoy them for a long time to come.
Thank you blog readers and social media subscribers for reading, engaging, and following perfect pea along the way. I appreciate each and every like, share, and video view more than you could ever know.
Thank you to my family and friends for your support and encouragement and for not unsubscribing to my emails :). Thank you to my sister Megan in particular who reviews and edits these meal plans EVERY SINGLE WEEK. Where would this be without you?
And thank you to my husband and daughter, Chris and Francesca for eating the vegetables I cook every night, participating in my dinnertime activities, appearing in videos and elsewhere on the site and for being so supportive every step of the way while I chase my dream of dinnertime fun and vegetables for all.
Here’s to looking forward to many more years of good food and family fun.
